The DMX2500 is a full-servo CNC grinding machine dedicated to high-precision grinding of tooth tips and tooth flanks on TCT circular saw blades. All tooth tip and flank grinding operations can be completed in one single clamping setup only by replacing different grinding wheels. It accurately controls tooth sharpness and saw blade concentricity, making it core processing equipment for saw blade factories and professional saw resharpening centers.

According to the industrial standard JB/T 5735-2018 Woodworking Tungsten Carbide Tipped Circular Saw Blades, the radial runout of a saw blade is the core indicator for judging cutting precision and workpiece surface quality.
