Cold saw toothed machine is a precision circular saw machine that uses low-speed high torque and physical shearing principle to cut metal. It produces almost no heat during cutting, hence the name “cold cutting”. Cold cutting principle, no thermal deformation: low-speed cutting (non grinding), cutting heat is carried away by chips, the workpiece is at room temperature, without annealing, no heat affected zone, and no deformation. The incision is not hot, does not turn blue, and has no oxidation, and the material properties are completely preserved. High precision, no burrs: The incision has high verticality, the end face is flat, and there are almost no burrs, eliminating the need for secondary processing such as deburring/polishing. The length accuracy can reach ± 0.05~0.1mm, suitable for cutting precision pipe fittings and profiles.
